All pages are Lynx (text-mode web browser) inspected.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Please find below instructions on how to use keyboard shortcuts and access keys for our main pages.
- s to Skip navigation and jump to content
- n to jump in feedback form to Name
- t for Training courses
- p for Personal counselling
- 1 for home page
- 3 for site map
- 8 for legal
- 9 for contact
- 0 for accessibility options
Use of Access Keys
Microsoft Windows users (with Explorer 4, Firefox, Mozilla 4+, Netscape 6+) activate the link by
holding down 'ALT 'and pressing the access key;
Besides this Explorer 5+ users may also need to hit the 'ENTER'.
Apple Mac users do the same, but holding down 'CTRL' instead of 'ALT'.
Opera 7+ users hold down 'SHIFT + ESC' and pressing the access key.
For accesskey numbers:
Explorer 4+ press 'ALT' and number at same time;
Opera: press 'SHIFT + ESC' at same time and then number.
Increasing Text Size
- In your browser look under View menu for "Text size/ (Text) Zoom/ Increase or Decrease Font" and adjust size as you
wish.
- If you can scroll with a mouse, you may alter the font size by holding down 'CTRL' on your keyboard while
scrolling the wheel.
- You can use the 'TAB or SHIFT + TAB' key to navigate through each link and press 'ENTER' to activate them.
- If you use a screenreader device, make the font as small as possible. From this sort of device you will see the
links: "skip menu" to go directly to the content.
Page Lay-Out
The lay-out of this web site is governed by cascading style sheets. However, if your browser does not support
or disabled them, you will still be able to read the content.
PDF files
Our PDF documents may not be readily accessible to screen readers and may not be formatted for visually impaired users.
The following tools can be used to convert PDF documents into plain text or plain HTML documents:
- Adobe Conversion Script - Go to the following link in Adobe website URL www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/access_onlinetools.html and type in the URL of any PDF, the document will be converted into a text only HTML.
- Google - Similarly, type in the URL of any PDF at www.google.com and click on 'View as HTML' in the results - the document will be converted into a text only HTML.
