Personal Counselling & Support Request

If you would like personal counselling call 02380 - 385247. If no one is availabe to take your call do leave a message on our answer-phone. You could also alternatively email us.

We will get back to you as soon as possible, answer any queries that you may have and arrange an initial interview. This interview will enable us to match our service to your needs as closely as we can, or direct you to other agencies if necessary. After the initial interview, you will be contacted again once a counsellor is available.
