
We have run NOCN Level 3 "Certificate in Christian Counselling" Courses in Southampton, Jersey and Edinburgh.
Applicants need to have completed the CCTS Introduction to Christian Counselling NOCN Level 2 Course or equivalent before applying for NOCN Level 3.
The course is relevant for anyone who wishes to train for a significant role in Christian counselling and pastoral care and is intended as preparation for the Diploma in Counselling (NOCN Level 4). This new course offers 30 extra hours of training (now 150 hrs, previously 120 hrs).
Various methods of assessment will be used during the course.
By the end of the course we hope that participants will be able to:
Course participants will be required to engage in directed reading, journalling, and written assignments for assessment. This will amount, on average, to 4-6 hours per week. Students will be required to have a minimum of 15 hours of their own counselling.
